Pepperoni & Honey Pizza with Homemade Basil Oil

Add the Napolina Tomato Passata to a bowl with oregano and season with sea salt flakes to your taste, mix well then spread it over the two pizza bases.

Sprinkle a few handfuls of grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese and top with the pepperoni and bake in the oven for at 190°C for 14 mins until golden and crispy.

While the pizza cooks, to a blender add the basil, lemon juice, garlic, chilli flakes, and olive oil, season with sea salt flakes to your taste and blitz until smooth.

Spoon a few tablespoons over the salad and sprinkle a handful of pine nuts and mix together well.

Once the pizzas have cooked, serve with fresh rocket and a drizzle of honey and enjoy.


2 Large pizza bases

250g Napolina Tomato Passata

1 tsp oregano

Grated mozzarella cheese

Grated cheddar cheese

28 slices pepperoni

25g fresh basil

2 lemons, juiced

4 cloves garlic

½ tsp chilli flakes

100ml Napolina extra virgin olive oil

Leafy salad to serve

Handful pine nuts to serve

Fresh rocket to serve

1 tsp honey

Salt & Pepper to season
