Creamy Mushroom Rigatoni

In a saucepan of salted boiling water, boil the Napolina rigatoni pasta as per the packet instructions and keep aside a ladle of pasta water

In a saucepan, add the olive oil, garlic and mushrooms and cook on a medium heat for 10 mins until the mushrooms have softened and become golden brown.

Season with salt and pepper to your taste then add the single cream and mix together well for a further 5 mins, the sauce will gradually thicken and become creamy.

Add in the cooked Napolina Rigatoni pasta along with the ladle of pasta water and fold the pasta into the sauce gently ensuring all of the pasta is coated.

Serve into four bowls and enjoy!


400g Napolina Rigatoni Pasta

300ml single cream

2 tbsp Napolina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

300g mushrooms, sliced

Salt & Pepper to taste
