What is Tomato Purée?
Tomato purée is a thick concentrate made from tomato pulps which are cooked until they form a rich tomato paste.
It offers a rich, intense flavour that will bring a real taste of Italy to your cooking. It can also be used to enrich the colour of dishes and lasts for up to four weeks in the fridge.
