What is Tomato Purée? 

Tomato purée is a thick concentrate made from tomato pulps which are cooked until they form a rich tomato paste.

It offers a rich, intense flavour that will bring a real taste of Italy to your cooking. It can also be used to enrich the colour of dishes and lasts for up to four weeks in the fridge.

How to use tomato puree? Napolina Double Concentrate Tomato Purée features in a number of our recipes. Add to your Bolognese sauce for a deep, rich flavour.
