Spaghetti Di Positano

Traditionally in Neapolitan cooking, recipes are based on simplicity. This Napolina Spaghetti Di Positano recipe is exactly that! Simple and delicious.

1. In a large mixing bowl add the Napolina olive oil, red onion, basil, & cherry tomatoes.

2. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and mix together well.

3. Cook the Napolina spaghetti as per the packet instructions in salted water then drain and add directly to the bowl and toss together with the sauce.

4. Serve up into four bowls and enjoy with a little extra chopped basil. Bellissimo!


50ml Napolina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

250g Napolina Spaghetti 250g

cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters

1 large red onion, finely chopped

30g fresh basil, roughly chopped, plus more for serving

Sea salt flakes & Black pepper to taste
