Red Pesto & Tomato Bruschetta

This pesto recipe uses ciabatta bread and bruschetta – a classic Italian antipasti.

Cooking Time

5 minutes




Toast some ciabatta slices on a griddle pan until lightly charred.

Spoon some red pesto and some chopped tomatoes over the top.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and Parmesan cheese shavings.

You can add salami or prosciutto slices, if you like.
