Quick And Easy Spaghetti Bolognese

Method:
- Heat the Napolina olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic, onion, grated carrot, oregano and salt and pepper to your taste, then mix together over a medium heat for 5 minutes until soft and aromatic.
- Add in the minced beef and brown off in the pan for a further 5 minutes.
- Add the Napolina Chopped Tomatoes, Napolina Red Wine Flavour Booster and the milk, then mix together well, bringing to the boil for two minutes then reducing to a rolling simmer for 10 minutes further.
- Plate up the spaghetti into bowls and spoon over a generous helping of delicious Bolognese sauce, then finish with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and enjoy.

- 300g Napolina Spaghetti, cooked as per packet instructions
- 1 tbsp Napolina Olive Oil
- 1 tin of Napolina Chopped Tomatoes 400g
- 400g minced beef
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 200ml whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan, to serve
