Prosciutto & Mozzarella Pizza

This pizza brings together classic Italian flavours. Featuring Napolina pizza bases and tomato and herb topping, this pizza is finished with prosciutto, mozzarella and fresh basil.

Cooking Time

10 minutes




Preheat the oven to 220°c / 200°c Fan / Gas Mark 7.

Spread the passata evenly onto the bases, then scatter with the mozzarella slices.

Place the pizzas directly on the top shelf of the oven with a baking tray underneath. Cook for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and set aside for a few minutes before arranging the prosciutto slices and basil leaves on top.

Drizzle with olive oil to serve.


1 x 500g Napolina Passata

2 Napolina Pizza Bases

2 x 125g balls Italian buffalo mozzarella, sliced

6 thin slices prosciutto

15g basil leaves, torn
