A classic fish stew is a must try in our selection of fish recipes. Our Italian Fish Stew combines salmon, prawns and cod with fresh vegetables and Napolina tomatoes. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.

Method:
Chop 2 red onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 celery sticks and 1 leek.
Heat 2 tablespoons of light in colour olive oil in a pan and add the chopped vegetables, lightly frying for 10 minutes until softened.
Add 400g of chopped tomatoes and 500ml fish stock, season with salt and pepper and then simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add 200g of cod, 200g of salmon and 150g king prawns along with a handful of chopped parsley and juice of ½ a lemon.
Stir well and cook for a further 6 minutes until the fish has cooked.
Serve in bowls with chunks of crusty bread or garlic bread.

150g large shelled king prawns, uncooked
