Jon Watts’ Gnocchi Bolognese is a one-pan wonder, and a midweek dream for food lovers who want comfort without compromise. Juicy beef, Napolina’s Herbs and Garlic Flavour Booster, and pillowy Napolina Gnocchi come together in a rich, cheesy sauce that’s ready in under 30 minutes. It’s hearty, it’s saucy, and it’s got “seconds, please” written all over it.

Method:
- Heat some cooking oil in a pan over a medium to high heat. Add the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic, and cook until the veg softens.
- Turn the heat to a high heat, add the beef, break it up with a spatula and cook until it’s browned all over.
- Stir through the Napolina Herbs & Garlic Favour Booster and cook for a minute, then add Napolina Chopped Tomatoes and beef stock. Stir well, bring it to the boil, then turn the heat down to a medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add in the Napolina Gnocchi, stir well, cover with a lid and then cook for 5 minutes, or until the gnocchi has softened.
- Stir through the cream cheese, parmesan, and chopped parsley, then dish it up. Finish your Gnocchi Bolognese with more Parmesan if you like, and enjoy.
