This Baked Fusilli With Chorizo and Mozzarella recipe is made with smoky chorizo, gooey mozzarella, and Napolina Fusilli baked until bubbling. Tossed in a tomato and Herbs & Garlic Flavour Booster sauce, finished with basil and parmigiano, it’s the kind of pasta bake that makes you go back for seconds.

Method:
- In a frying pan over a medium heat, add the Napolina Olive Oil and chorizo and fry for a few minutes until the chorizo begins to crisp slightly and the oils release into the pan.
- Add the onions and red pepper and fry for a few minutes more until softened then add in the Napolina Chopped Tomatoes, Napolina Herbs and Garlic Flavour Booster, oregano, smoked paprika and salt and pepper to taste then mix well.
- Add in the part-cooked Napolina Fusilli pasta and mix together in the sauce then top with mozzarella chunks, the parmigiano reggiano and a handful of fresh basil leaves then bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve into two bowls and top with a little extra fresh basil and enjoy!

- 100g smoky chorizo, cut into chunks
- 180g Napolina Fusilli Pasta, cooked for 3 minutes less than packet instructions
- 1 tbsp Napolina Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- ½ red pepper, cut into small chunks
- 1 can Napolina Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Napolina Herbs and Garlic Flavour Booster
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 mozzarella ball, torn into chunks
- Handful fresh basil leaves, plus more for serving
- Handful of parmigiano reggiano, grated, plus more for serving
- Salt and pepper to taste
