How to make Garlic Pizza Bread

Method:
- In a bowl, add the softened butter, garlic, parsley and sea salt to taste and mix together well until you form a paste then set aside.
- Next create the base by stretching out the pizza dough into a pizza shape then spread the base liberally with the garlic butter mixture then place into a pizza oven at 450°C for 60 to 90 seconds Or alternatively bake in the oven at 250°C for 10 – 15 mins until golden and crispy.
- When the crusts have risen remove from the oven and top with a little extra chopped parsley and a drizzle of Napolina olive oil and enjoy!

- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Handful fresh parsley, finely chopped, plus more for serving
- 150g unsalted butter, softened
- Pinch of sea salt flakes to taste
