These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The Napolina January Giveaway competition (the Promotion) is offered by the Promoter, Princes Group plc of Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1NX. The Promotion will run between 16th January 2026 at 00:00 and 30th January 2026 at 23:59 on the Instagram page.

1. The promotion is open to residents over the age of 18 of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Employees of Princes Group plc, their immediate families, agencies, associates, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. Offer excludes residents of the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Access to the internet is required.

2. Entry Instructions: To enter, Entrants upon visiting Napolina Instagram page here must:

(b) Reshare this post

(c) Tag a pizza loving friend in comments

The competition will run between 16th January 2026 at 00:00 and 30th January 2026 at 23:59. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

3. There will be 1 winner, drawn at random by an independent person on Monday 2nd February 2026.

4. Prizes: There will be 1 prize, the prize will include Ooni Pizza Oven, Napolina Apron, Polpa, Red Wine Flavour Booster, Herbs & Garlic Flavour Booster, Chilli & Garlic Flavour Booster, Chilli & Garlic Flavoured Oil, Roasted Garlic & Herb Flavoured Oil, Passata, Tomato Purée.

5. The selected winner of each available prize will be notified on 2nd February 2026 Instagram.

6. The winner must claim their prize by following the instructions in the notification within 5 days of being informed that they have won the competition and provide necessary information to enable the Promoter to award the prize; the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize to valid entries in the event of a non-claim without incurring any liability.

7. The prize will be sent out within 5 days of receipt of the prize claim upon the relevant winner providing their applicable email address & contact number. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any inaccurate details provided by the relevant winners. The Promoter can provide no assurance the price will be delivered to the relevant winners by a specified date but will aim to send the prize as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, ineligible entries (which may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion) or entries which fail to arrive by the specified closing date. This also includes any entries entered on a 3rd party account that has reposted the original Instagram post.

9. By entering the promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion.

10. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. There are no cash or other alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prizes and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.

11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails charlie.davies@princes.co.uk within one month after the closing date stated in condition 2. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter charlie.davies@princes.co.uk In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request

12. The promoter may refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (i) there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements of the promotion; (ii) an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion; or (iii) an entrant has won using fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means. The promoter decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Any personal data relating to Entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes). 14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control to minimise the effect to Entrants in order to avoid disappointment

15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected

16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.
